Fit for Life training was established in
2002 by Julie Waters. After many years involvement
in the fitness industry, I developed a home training business focusing
primarily on post natal women. This has since expanded to include
both men and women of all ages and fitness levels working towards
varied and diverse fitness goals.
Home Personal Training
Fit for Life Training provides a quality, personal
service to clients in their own homes. The home personal training
solution is ideal for those who are uncomfortable in the gym environment
or for those whose lifestyle just doesn't’ fit the gym timetable.
Exercising in a familiar, non threatening environment means you
can focus more on your health and fitness goals with a Personal
Trainer to support you and guide you every step of the way.
There are no quick fix solutions to health and
fitness goals despite what the media might try to tell you. They
are achieved by hard work and dedication by you and expertise, guidance
and support from us.
Fit for Life Training is dedicated to supporting
you through this process, providing not only an individually designed
and targeted personal training programme, but also educating you
about your body, good exercise technique and nutrition. The emphasis
is on fitting an active lifestyle into your current everyday life,
and not putting your life on hold for the sake of getting fit.
At Fit for Life Training, we don’t
do one off training sessions. Single sessions do not educate, develop
and motivate. We provide training packages based on a minimum of
10 supervised sessions to really kick start your training and put
you on the path to a healthy and active lifestyle.
